96 camero rims on my truck?

Does anyone know offset on rims for Camero? these are 17", 5 x 127mm and came off his 96 Camero...Will they fit 71 stepside and clear correct, even when lowered? Experience, pictures? They appear to be aftermarket, might they have wrong offset? What question should I ask seller?

OOPs, just realized the pattern is wrong. Camero is 5x4.75, and our trucks are 5x5...Bummer.

Re: 96 camero rims on my truck?

OK-try these. THis is universal rim, 4.5 or 5. should bolt on, but not sure of offset. Can anyone tell me offset for 8.5 wide rim? Also, I presume a +0.75 offset means rim is pushed .75" OUTWARD, so if 8.5 rim, center would be at 4.25, so a .75 push would make it shift to 5.00 from FRONT of rim, and 3.5 from REAR of rim...RIGHT???

BTW, this shot is with center cap removed. Otherwise it is just solid chrome in center...

I have actually seen this pattern quite a bit on universals. One would think if it was unsafe, the manufacturers would not do it for liability reasons....

CAMERooooo....

those wheels would stick in way too far. Probably couldn't turn the wheel too far.
Those look like front wheel drive wheels.
