My3 yr old son said the cutest thing today...

on the way to drop him at pre-school (and my wife to work), we take the HOV lane from richardson to carrolton. where we get on in richardson, there is a giant "private" bridge span that the HOV lane enters the freeway with, there is usually at least 1/2 mile or more of clear unobstructed road, as this portion of the HOV is very lightly traveled. well, as i stopped at the top of the bridge, and made my turn from the entrance into the HOV lane, i hit full throttle, and held it there until about 75MPH. sounds freakin awesome, even after 5 years of driving my 2001 Z71 with twin flow40s and true duals, i never get enough of that sound.

well as soon as i let off the gas and coasted back down to 65, my son exclaimed "JUST LIKE LIGHTNING MCQUEEN, PAPI!!!!" (as in, that sounded just like....) LMAO my wife and i died laughing.

oh... and i paid my 2001 off 4 months early today... whoo hoo!!! (time to start gearing up to work on my 71 more!)
