Brake booster from another vehicle?

Can I add a brake booster to my '70 chevy (has factory front disc brakes) from a donor vehicle? If anyone knows anything about this, the info would be MUCH helpful.

Re: Brake booster from another vehicle?

If I can only remember what I had pulled my brake booster from I would tell you. I had performed this operation a few years back, but I can't for the life of me remember what I had pulled it from. But I can definitely say that this was one of the best upgrades that I have done to date. If I can remember or locate my old thread I'll repost it here for you.

You can always go to the salvage yard and have them look it up on their Hollanders interchange. They will (or normally will) print out a report of what all that part will fit on.
