Anyone have pics of rear disc brake setups

Looking for any pics of rear disc brake setups in 67-72's, any links or pics would be awsome!
Thanks!

here is a couple pics of a set we installed (we had them plated, they don't come that way), the kit was from CPP.

Thanks for the pics, both look sweet!!! Question are there any easy setups for converting to disc's???. Easy meaning like the front end disc assembly from a 73-87 chevrolet.

the complete 12 bolt kit was around 500.00 - 600.00 (I think), and it was w/ the parking brake provisions. It was literaly a direct bolt on kit.

Thanks Budweis.

Blackbird's Custom Trucks also has 12 bolt kits that I will be updating his site with this weekend.
The prices will be the same as the 14 bolt prices.

I have pictures of them on a '72 blazer but not here at work.
I'll post them when I get home.

Here is our d60 kit on my '72

Do you want pictures or just want to know a place?
I posted the Dana 60 up above in my previous post. I also run the 14 bolt hit on my 1 ton '86 blazer.

Blackbird's Custom trucks is where they were made..

Blackbird's Custom trucks is where they were made..

I've seen the Blackbird's stuff and been thinking about doing it for a while now. I was thinking more HI end stuff for 3/4's, there are tons of BAER and Brembo stuff for the lighter duty/weight but i dont know of anything for the BIG trucks... Fronts or rears.

I was thinking the brakes from the SRT-10 Dodge would be some FUN (incredibly powerful) brakes for our trucks, heck most newer systems would be a big upgrade.

Just wondering if anyone has had the joys of fabbing a new front or rear setup aside from the Blackbird's caddy-using rear setup and the 73-87 front disc swap.
Greg

Re: Anyone have pics of rear disc brake setups

easy upgrade for a 3/4 or 1 ton....find a 2000 or newer gm truck....they have disc brakes. parts are easier and cheaper to get because they are factory, not aftermarket. and an e-brake setup in the caliber is asking for trouble. a drum parking brake is much better and gives you more clamping force...a good thing when parking your HD truck on a hill with a big flat bed or whatever hitched up. i plan to go this route in the future. i always search for factory based upgrades first before i go to the aftermarket.....unfortunately salvage yard based hop ups are a dying art!

Re: Anyone have pics of rear disc brake setups

As long as this thread has been dug up....does anyone know if Rallye wheels can be used with a rear disk brake set-up? I asked this a while back and never got a definite answer.

Re: Anyone have pics of rear disc brake setups

The Impala setup WILL fit behind a rally, I mocked it up awhile back to make sure.
