Leg Room

Is there a difference in leg room between the Blazer and a truck?

Re: Leg Room

Without actually measuring, I feel like I have more leg room in my blazer with buckets than in my truck with a bench and the tank behind the seat. I have never driven a truck with buckets so I don't know how they compare.

Re: Leg Room

I had a 71 truck long ago and now have a 72 K5 with the smaller seats (the ones with the plastic back). I seem to remember having more in the truck but I was 16 yrs old. Now I'm 50. I have a 32" waist and I still feel as though the steering wheel (now 13") is in my lap. I am going to lay two pieces of 1/4"x 4" pieces of flat stock onto the floor and move my seat back. It's looks as though I can get at least three more inches of leg room.

Re: Leg Room

Not nearly enough in either in my opinion.
