Interchangable bed parts
I'm sure this question has been asked before, but I'd like to know how interchangale the bed panels are from a '67 stepside to a later year stepside. I know where I can get an '80 bed and the only real differance I see is the gas door. Is there something else I am missing?

Re: Interchangable bed parts
deweychop, I think they were interchangable through some part of the 80's, just not sure through what year. You should contact Mar-K, there in Oklahoma so there 2 hours behind. Mar-k is a great place for all of your P/U bed supplies there also a site vendor. BTW, where in Naples are you?

Re: Interchangable bed parts
Thanks
I live in Golden Gate, but work in N. Naples. Sounds like you're familiar with the area. |

Re: Interchangable bed parts
the bed is a tad longer if I remember, and the fenders aren't even close. If you were to search the FAQ truck tech section... there is a very long very involved thread on how to do it and make it right.
