garages.

im not shure if this is ware to post this
but im interested in one of thoes pre fab metal garage/shops that are avalible and if anyone here has one or knows of anyone who has one.

Are they worth it?

I used to be a Garage Builder up until a few months ago. The garagejournal is a good place to get some info. Ask anything you want here and I'll help you however I can.

I have a metal carport at my house just because it's inexpensive. It has a roof on it and the walls are not enclosed, but it was a cheap way to get a few vehicles out of the weather.

A metal pole barn type garage is a cheap way to get into a garage as well. Around here you can get a 24x24 put up with a concrete floor for around $6,500. A standard stick frame/conventional built garage will cost your 2 1/2 times that amount. Now a metal carport, like I mentioned before, should cost you less than a grand with no concrete pad.
