Wiring Upgrade w/ fuel injection..HELP

Doing a rebuild on my 71 GM Shortbed. I have to replace the entire warning harness. Im lookin at the PAINLESS kit but it shows not being set up for fuel injection. I have a tbi set up on a 5.7L out of a early 90s chevy pickup. Need some advise if anyone has run into this issue as well and how you go about fixing it. Thanks guys
