Questions on 67 C-10

I just bought a 67 SWB fleetside (i will post pictures later)The bed is from a 68 w/side markers welded up.The tailgate is smooth without CHEVROLET molded into it.Did any of our trucks tailgates come original without CHEVROLET molded in them? The gate seems too thick to be a repro. It needs inside door arm rests i see 2 different styles.Which one is the best to use and where do i get the plastic inserts that fits into the squares in door to secure them to the door?

All of the factory tailgates had the CHEVROLET embossed in them.

I think armrests were optional in '67. There should be threaded steel inserts in the door where the armrests bolt on.
