Need Help With Hood adjustment

I've searched and read several threads regarding the adjustment of our hoods but they did not address my problem. The back of my hood at the cowling is off line towards the passenger side about 1/2" causing a huge gap on the drivers side. The front of the hood is fine. I don't seem to have any play in the hood holes to move left or right just front to back. I need to split the difference to be close to 1/4" in the bask. I guess I could remove hood and make the holes elongated but I'm hoping there is an easier fix that I'm missing. Thanks

Make sure there's no play in the hood hinge pivot points

I had to put body shims between one hinge and the fender to get mine over.

Re: Need Help With Hood adjustment

So if I put some body shims between the fender and the hinge on the passenger side it will move the fender towards the drivers side. Cool that's what I will try. Thanks
