My Facetruck thread.

With all the talk of FB on here lately, it occurred to me we needed a forum where we could air our every movement and emotion of the day.

My title doesn't make any sense, but I thought since this is a truck site, we could air our personal lives to other truck owners.

So just let it all hang out. Tell us stuff we don't need or want to know. Tell us if your dog is constipated or your heart has been broken five times this week. Ask for references for a cheap brain surgeon. You get the picture.

I will start with breakfast @ the Davis house #needs biscuits and hash browns to be good.

I had a couple of prunes also, so I will update you on that outcome about 11:30 AM central.

Re: My Facetruck thread.

The urologist rodded out my prostate awhile back. Turned out dreading it was the worst part.

I'm taking my mother to lunch now. I will let you know what we ate.

I don't know how people do this all day.

Re: My Facetruck thread.

Went back on low carb diet on Monday. Breakfast? about 4 oz. of liverwurst. Lunch? Carnitas (Mexican roast pork) with eggs and cheese. Dinner? hamburger patties, green beans with ranch dressing and some pickles. Trying to stay at 20-30 carbs a day this 1st two weeks.
Staying away from beer, even light beer is hard as hell- the worst part. Gotta drop some weight, though.

Re: My Facetruck thread.

You skipped the 11:30 report.

My toe nails need trimming

My son is terrible at giving foot rubs

Nephew didn't bring my chains when he came for Thanksgiving. I let him borrow them when he hauled Lefty to ND. He offered to buy me new ones. I said he could instead buy me a barrel for my 50 Beowulf AR build. He doesn't think it's fair, barrel costs $330

The other morning, I went to do my business as usual.
Noticed the toilet paper dispenser was missing the roller!

Later that day (from the hot mama)
Gosh darn it Eric, I took that off of there With The Hopes
You would put a new roll on when you finished one

Oh, I thought it broke or something

Re: My Facetruck thread.

I suppose I should get one of my snowblowers out and make sure it starts. They're talking about us getting a few inches of global warming next week. But my recliner is so comfy and it's like winter outside.

Sorry, about the 11:30 report. Prunes worked great, and it's another day, more prunes, and guess where I am now.

Oh yeah, I forgot to take a picture of the sausage biscuit I had at Hardee's this morning.

Nephew should learn, after you compromise yourself by not bring things back, owner gets to chose.

That would be a bad idea. Then you have 2 empty rolls to change. I'd like to have a password operated dispenser that give out 8 sheets at a time and on a timer. You have to wait 2 hours to get another 8. Make them count.

When the wife sees me take iPad to the bathroom she knows it's gonna be a long visit.

Tim, you being happy makes me happy. We're all part of one big happy crew, you just happen to be the leader.

The 2 stroke snowblower is dead. The big one gave me problems. In the spring I added a shot of Stabil and filled the tank. Today I tried to start it, nothing. The tank and carb were full of water. So I removed float bowl, opened valve and let it drip empty. Then removed tank and cleaned it out with carb spray. Reinstall, fill with fresh(ish) gas and gave it a try. I figured it will take a lot of pulling so I strung out a cord to use electric start. The starter just spins. Then I pumped the primer twice and gave the rope a pull. Vroooommm. Bring it on weatherman!
