I've put 68-82 corvette spindles, rotors and calipers on street cars and racecars, but not trucks. Just so you know, the lower balljoint mounting hole will have to be reamed. The hole is actually reverse tapered so the lower control arm bolts in from the top, from the factory. The reamer is about $100 and tapers it correctly to mount from the bottom. I use Dodge truck type screw in balljoints and weld the sleeve into the lower control arm. The stock wheel bolt pattern is 5x4 3/4 as opposed to a truck's 5x5. You also put the leftside on the right and the rightside on the left because those years corvettes are "rear steer". Spindles are "neutral". The caliper bracket and steering arm determines side. I have a spare set going on the 78 Nova I picked up. after I get the front subframe blasted. Not sure about newer models. Sure it can be done, might need aftermarket tubular upper control arms.

Here is an old pic of the leftside of my Monte circle track car. It's the leftside(driver's) of the car, using the rightside from a corvette. The caliper brackets are altered to use an impala wagon single piston caliper as per rules. I also made the tubular control arm for mockup purposes. As well as shortened the stock lower control arm. Just to show you incase you haven't seen any.
