Eastwood's Hotcoat Powder Coat Kit***SOLD***

For sale. Comes with the silicone plugs, fluidizer tips, extra cups, hanging wire, filters and whatever else I have at the house. I'll post pics in a few hours. $75 +shipping. I have about twice that in this kit and have only used it half a dozen times.

I'm very interested. Did your parts turn out OK ? Does it come with a manual ? I have years of painting experience. It must be similar..............Z

Re: Eastwood's Hotcoat Powder Coat Kit

It's really easy, the work's in the prep, just like painting. I used the instructions from www.columbiacoatings.com and my parts came out nice just using a 3rd hand oven. The only thing I would say you need other than an oven is an infrared noncontact thermometer, but Harbor Freight sells them for less than $50. The kit has the gun, a brand new air regulator that's still in the package, around 25 silicone plugs, 3/4 of a roll of heat resistant tape, 3/4 roll of wire, 6 cups one of which has some powder in it (it may be okay if you sift it with a flour sifter to get the lumps out), one filter on the gun and one new spare, 2 fluidizer deflectors and two normal ones, 3 spare tubes (go inside the gun) and the instruction manual. I'll also throw in ~1/2# (I'm guessing here) of gloss black powder that's been refrigerated since I bought it so it should still be good.
