Please Help

I have a 72 3/4 ton. I found some slot mags and the lugs that came with them are to small. I found a set with washers that are advertised as 9/16 x 18. Will these fit ? Thanks in advance

The first number is the diameter of the stud and the second is the threads per inch. I believe the 1/2 tons were 1/2 x 20 and the 3/4 up were 9/16 x 18. Could be wrong though because my 3/4 ton with front discs had 1/2 x 20 and I change to 9/16 x 18.
