Drop member drive shaft

I have a 65 lwb and I am running the Porter Built system and need to know about some things .
First. What center support bearing do I use.The ones I have seen look like the ones out a the x frame of an Impala

second. What kind of angle do I need at ride height with a two piece.

Thanks for your help in advance
