Exhaust routing question

Id like some help in determining my exhaust route. I have a 72 4x4 and in the future am going to install a blazer style tank in the rear frame. Id really like to have the exhaust going straight out but dont think its possiable without hanging the exhaust way to low. So im asking for alternatives or if there is a way to route through to the back. Im running 2.5" with Super44s on a 383 with ramhorns. Thanks
