Dust covers for drop spindles
Some one out there has to be running 2.5 drop spindles and the dust cover that goes on it. Can you show me some pics? Mine seems to be hitting on the lower a arm. Am I doing something wrong? 71 C/10

Nope,
I put a set of McGauys on mine and the stock dust shield does the same thing, you can "clearance" it a little and all works good. I will try and post a couple of pics tonite |

Re: Dust covers for drop spindles
Just did mine today ,I don't know how bending helps anything. From the center of the arm make a mark 5/8s " up on the shield. From left to right mark the bottom radii an in and a half from your first mark. Draw an arc thru these and cut. As in a frown.
