I have a 70 c10. Any issues putting 3/4 ton springs in the back?

Re: Rear coil springs
My GMC came with the standard springs (springs were the options for the GMC, and leaf springs were the options for the chevy) but the truck is a 1/2 ton. I thik the holes are all there on both frames.
