I will get some insurance. I don't have any equipment to do any of the work. I have a ratchet set but that is it. I did work on it myself but this is to much for me. I wish I could fix it but I'm a college student so the money to fix it isn't there.

Sell the good parts and go to school. After school, you can get another.
Glad to know no one was hurt! So close your house too!! Please post a picture of your engine bay? What type of carb setup and fuel line did you have? Your experience while unfortunate can teach and save others. Good luck. |

I had an edelbrock 306 carb (i think). Also I hope I can tarp it but we will see what the insurance does cause I still need a car.

That blows big time.
Given your experience, let the insurance co. total it but not get hosed. Buy another square and tinker. I started on mine with just a rachet set years ago. Glad you're ok.
