mid 90's 4x4 question

I had to get a new housing for my 4l60e. After getting it all together, and in the truck I noticed my dust cover is different. Searching has shown me that I have have a 4x4 case... which has a slightly different dust cover that has bolt holes for extra braces. But I cant find a pic of these braces.

Can someone post up some pics, or link me to a page that shows these extra braces and cover. Need to decide if I want the 4x4 cover, the extra braces n such.

Thanks!

Re: mid 90's 4x4 question

You can use the cover without the braces. They went up to the motor mount. The engine block castings for the V6 were so light weight I think they all had them. I did find this pic onthe web but it isn't that great
