78 GMC Sierra Classic
I tried to post this in the parts but it wouldn't let me post at all? Starting on my first rebuild and am looking to get all the factory options gathered. I attached the picture of my RPO Decal. Looking for a glide-out tire carrier (complete). As soon as I can post in the parts place I will be looking for stuff.

Congrats on the truck! How about some pics? Always liked that Russett Metallic color.

Here's a few. Needs some work. Mechanics are excellent. Will be working on the AC and cruise next. Still wearing the original air cleaner and carb. Motor is a 400 haven't checked the numbers yet but may be original or original rebuilt?

Re: 78 GMC Sierra Classic
Decoded the engine numbers. Hard to believe...truck has the original numbers matching engine. The carb numbers also match. Will attempt to check the tranny next. Truck was bought at the local dealer and never left town. If this was a muscle car would have hit the jackpot.
