Tried light painting tonight - 3 photos

I have not busted the camera out much and I'm looking to sell the Z06 (moving home from Houston to Canada), so I thought I'd try to get a few pics in the garage tonight.

You basically leave the shutter open for a long time and use a light to highlight areas you want to show up in the photo. 30 second exposures here. Used a flashlight for the first and a green laser for the other two. First try with this. I'm encouraged and will get it all fine tuned.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Very cool. I have always thought I would like to get more into photography if I ever slow down on car/truck building. Not looking good so far.

Yea, some light splashed on me. I need to put something to block the light away from my body.
