Pulley problem giving me fits

Bought the truck in rough shape in Feb. did a ton of work, its running and driving, buttoning up loose ends now. Truck has a 454 (not original). Noticed the water pump pulley (single groove) does not line up with the crank pulley middle groove, it's too far outboard. Lines up perfectly with the alternator pulley. PS pulley lines up perfectly with the crank pulley innermost groove. Outermost crank pulley groove is not used. If I was to shim the crank pulley out to match the WP pulley, then the PS pump pulley would not be in line. I needed a new PS pump anyway, so got one and it's not the keyway style shaft. I can't find even a stock pulley for this thing ANYWHERE. I have checked Rock auto, junkyards, every auto parts store in town (5 different retailers) and nobody has anything. Everyone seems to want to tell me to convert it to serpentine... no way, too expensive for this all go-no show truck.

Anyone out there have any info and where to go for these parts? I feel like I'm completely out of options.
