5.3 for my 69

Finally got the engine, transmission, computer, and harness in that we purchased two years ago and got running. We are in the process of putting in a vintage air system and trying to get the fans hooked up and running. The fan we believe is from an 01 windstar, how do we hook it up and program it? One fan has two prongs and two wires coming from it; the other has three prongs and two wires coming out. Is it the computer that operates this? How do I find someone local (Topeka, Kansas) to program it?Any help?

Re: 5.3 for my 69

I'm not sure on yours but this is how mine is setup..I have a dual fan setup..i used a dual relay setup from psi..the ecm controls the fans thru the relays and programming..fan 1 comes in at 175..fan 2 comes on at 185..there were provisions in my psi harness for dual fans..again I don't know how yours is setup so I don't know if this helps..on your fans you should be able to determine which wire is hot and which is ground..I don't know about a 3 wire fan...
