514 red truck - interior choices

My son and I building a 68 truck that is paint code 4544AD; 514 red and ivory roof. The original finish is suitable for a nice patina truck and that's the route we intend to go. The truck had a rubber mat with dark blue bench but we have found some buddy buckets that will need to be recovered and we'd like carpet - so we're looking at options.

My question - This is one factory sun visor that remains. It appears to be a shade of red/orange that I don't see when I look on LMC's catalog. Is this a color that is still available and were seats ever available in this color?

Here's the new red dash pad I bought a while back sitting on the old faded red pad in the truck for comparison. For you guys that have light red trucks, who did not go with black interior (we'd rather have another color besides black), what did you use? Thanks.

red, fawn, or black were your choices with 514 (solid red) and 544 (Off white over red) - although you could special order anything. If you SPID shows 514, someone added the off white roof along the way.

It's 544. I thought 514 was the code for the color and 544 for the combo - but the SPID is 544

I kept my 68 interior original red. Also had the seat covered with original pattern NOS material.

514 would just depict that it was a solid color truck, no white at all, if listed - but you're right, 514 is the base color for all but the roof in your case if you were going to try to track it down to buy it or something like that.

That looks awesome irl104, and that color is just what I'm looking for. I think I need to look around a little further. Since posting this I see some other seat covers & upholstery items than I did on initial search. Beautiful interior.
