need help please

1. going to install a factory front sway bar in a 1970 c/10 truck that never had one, do I have to remove the 2 bottom rivets in the front cross member ...........

2. also I have to replace the entire radio antenna how do I go about this........

Bob, yes you have to drill/grind the two rivets on the front crossmember. As far as the antenna goes, you will have to remove or at least loosen the cowl panel enough to get your arm/hand under there to hold onto/retrieve the aluminum part that keeps the base from turning.
