Fuel line question
I am installing an underbed tank.
Currently have 250ci Going to be installing a healthy LS at some point but this will be down the road. Going to run AN 6 from the tank to the pump. How do you connect an AN 6 line to the oem barb on the fuel pump? ~JH |

Re: Fuel line question
The barb fitting on the fuel pump should thread out, and you put in a 6AN to 3/8" (?) fitting.
Something like the following (confirm your pump fitting size for yourself): https://www.amazon.com/Russell-66046...82452829&psc=1 If for whatever reason it doesn't thread out, then can hose clamp the other end of the line, as the ID should be about the same, or go from a 6AN to a barbed fitting, then have a run of line between the two barb fittings. |

Thanks, I thought the barb was pressed into with the hat and not removable. ~JH |

Re: Fuel line question
Some are simply part of the fuel pump and not removable. If this is the case you can either find a way to clamp the AN end to the barb either directly or by getting an AN to barb fitting, and then a hose for a barb-to-barb connection, or, you can use an aftermarket fuel pump that would use thread-in fittings.
