Quick question on vent blower

My '72 Blazer was an AC vehicle. the compressor is not there at the present time and the vent blower doesn't seem to be working. My goal is to at least get the vents/heater working. It seems like through some of my prior readings of some posts I remember someone saying there is a relay somewhere that is a usual suspect that goes out causing it to not work from time to time. Can someone shed some light on this for me? Location of it if that is the case?
Thanks

There is a relay more towards the passenger side up under the bottom edge of the dash.
