71 GMC Pickup
I have been looking at a 71 GMC Pick and have decided to possibly purchase the Truck.
The person wants $15,000 for the truck. His dad purchased the truck in 71 brand new and gave it to his son 10 years ago. The truck is a full numbers truck with all of the factory original upgrade options. The truck is perfect it came from New Mexico and has been garaged here in Colorado for the last 10 years. He wants to sell it to work on another car he has. My question is the truck worth $15,000? |

'71 GMC
Please give some more info. such as lwb/swb, 2wd/4wd, and what options it has. For 15K it should be close to perfect with very low miles to start out with or restored.

An absolute "perfect" truck could very well be worth that. Are you willing to pay that much? Have you looked at it from top to bottom, underneath, inside and out? A truck that cost that much should be spotless everywhere, even inside the engine compartment. There shouldn't be any leaks of any kind. The underside should have no rust whatsoever.
