mirror mount
So the pevious owner mounted the mirrors in the wrong location. They block the vent windows from completely opening. Was kind of hoping to find a style mirror that I could mount in the same location but would clear the window. Tying to avoid more holes in the door. Even if I had to to drill holes it would be nice If I could find some mirrors that the base would cover the old holes. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I don't think you will find any mirror that will cover the holes because the mirror is mounted in the wrong location. Not only does it need to be moved back but it should be mounted lower, on the flat area. This is an old thread but it shows the correct mounting location. https://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/...d.php?t=179279 LockDoc

Re: mirror mount
Thanks for the info LockDoc. I am getting close to mounting my mirrors and you saved me a bunch of research time. By the way my drivers door had at least four different mounted on it. Spent a lot of time filling in holes.
