needing some ideas on spark plug.i usally run autolites.i hate champion's.what plugs do you run?also this is for a 350sb, edelbrock 1405,edelbrock performer intake .hei.im not sure if anythings been done enternally,just want good daily driving.also i have headers.

I use the same ones that he uses. ^ I won't put anything other than AC's in my Chevy motors.

Yup, same! Came back from the rebuilder with Autolites (he's a F@rd guy - but that's a different story), and they were OK. Absolutely NO Champions, btdt, never again!

AC Delco for GM products
Autolights or Motorcraft for FORDS
NGK or Bosch In the Imports,
or nippondenso

CHAMPIONS only go into lawn mowers and dodges......or Harley Davidson

autolight 25's for headers because they are shorter than most plugs

a/c delco's for stock engines

ngk's for your high dollar race engine

why ngk's....because the body is very light colored and you can read the plug......

try that with a black a/c delco

both are great plug's

I run an AC Delco R44T in my 350 motor. Step up from R45TS. The R45TS is for your normal daily driving stop and go plug. The R44T is really rated for trucks and more for highway driving.

The R44T is actually a step down, in temperature. It's a cooler running plug better suited for motors that run for extended periods.

R44TSX for me, same as any R44 but the X is wide gap, instead of gapping up i have to gap down
