Under column - Parking brake question

Can anyone help identify what I need here? I have the handle, but not sure about any other hardware.

Isn’t there a bracket of some sort that mounts towards the bottom of the column to hold the cable housing?

Don't forget the emergency brake cable grommet. #6 in diagram
