1968 C20 - Hubcaps?
Hi Everyone,
I just purchased a 1968 Chevy C20. I am trying to figure out which hubcaps would go on these wheels. The tires say "16.5" . I have a picture of the front and back. I am not sure they are the originals but I have a complete set with a spare. They appear to have 4 "nubs" for mounting a hubcap. Any help would sure be appreciated. thanks. |

Those are not original '68 wheels. Here is a pretty good thread you can read through. It has some good information in it. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=674196 LockDoc

Re: 1968 C20 - Hubcaps?
Through '68 GM 8-lug trucks still used the old style clip-mounted wheel and hubcaps. Then came the nub-mounted wheels and hubcaps. Any brand or newer hubcap will fit those wheels. You either need to find original type wheels and caps or go with the 69-75 or 76-91 style Chevy hubcaps for those wheels

Re: 1968 C20 - Hubcaps?
Thank you! I thought it might be the newer style - I appreciate you confirming. I will look for the "newer" version hubcaps. I appreciate the help! I will get pics of the truck up when it's not sideways raining lol.

Re: 1968 C20 - Hubcaps?
those look just like my '69 C20 16.5" wheels. '69 C20 hub caps would fit those.
