I believe that i am going to take a peek at the truck tomorrow around 4:45 or so if one of you would like to come show me the ropes that would be great, but i probably shouldn't take too many people wouldn't want to scare the guy.

I've got another A/C cab in slightly better condition than my 80's original cab that I plan to put on. It also needs cab corners (loonie sized holes in both), and will need a high hump installed as well.

I plan on dropping the A/C cab off at the bodyshop sometime next spring at the earliest, and once it is done and painted, I'd just be swapping my interior over, then the cab would be free to go wherever, I wouldn't be using it after that.

here we go boys pics of the dreaded cab corners. I know you will all cringe but i swear to you the front end was tighter than new, and the cab mounts were fine. Also ran like a top.

that the worst of it.

Did you check the cab floors? thats another area prone to rusting out.

The frame certainly looks nice in that wheel well picture, though you are probally gonna want to replace those factory shocks, lol

How many kilometers does the odometer read?

Odometer is showing 83k he tells me 283k. But the front end felt like 83k to me :metal:

It's an Alberta truck through and through he showed me the original bill of sale from Westgate Chevrolet in his name.

Hey guys,

I don't know of many more Edmonton guys from this forum, but would either of you two be interested in participating in the Edmonton Santa's Anonymous Toy Run?

It is a fairly big gathering of 4x4s of all makes and models from stock to wild. In the past we've had a couple 2wds join the convoy, its more important that you bring toy donations :)

We'll be meeting at Alberta Driveline at 11:00 am on Sunday, December 2nd, just off the Yellowhead between 82nd street and 66th street :)

All that is asked is that you bring a toy donation worth at least 25 dollars. There are door prizes, prizes for the best decorated rig, most toys brought etc

Lemme know via PM if either of you two, or anyone else is interested in joining us!
