My guess is that he, or somebody he knows is really good with fiberglass, and they made it themselves.

In my 72, the previous owner cut holes in the B pillars about even with your ear for 5 1/2". then I put some 3 or 3 1/2" in the kick panels. With these small speakers there wasn't any bass, so my center console has a 10" sub in it. It all sounds OK.

In my 68 I'll be using some custom kick panel speakers, center mount speaker, and then I'm planning on putting some speakers in the rear corners of the cab (no gas tank) Something like some subs and component speakers. Then I'll be running 5.1 surround amp to power it all :)
