Have to agree with the guys , get all your basic tune up stuff where it needs to be, gap, dwell, base timing ect, a good vacuum gauge can tell you alot about what's going on also.

I set the points checked the spark plug wires all where going to the right piston. the timing was off once the timing was set my baby started right up. thank you all for the great info.
