my 4 year old son is the only oter person who rides in the truck with me and i got tired of reaching across and rolling his window up nad then down so i put in a power window on his side for him. i was planning on doing both but messing with all the door guts is not as fun as most would think so i left the driverside with the crank. it adds character and is functional

after thinking about it, since you have another vehicle and don't need to rush i would do what someone else said and completely gut the engine bay of everything. wireing, hoses, any and everything you can. then when you get the enging back in just add the stuff back that you need. you will find out there isn't much under there that you really need. and you can get everything spotless and painted while its out:cool:
