I am at dealer today for my 2014 truck. I went to parts and he looked up part numbers for me. Maybe something we can cross reference

PCV hose is 3853386
Vent hose to air cleaner is 3924543

Probably doesn’t help but good to know I guess

You need to get the Repair Card Fitting, Remove the paper filter and never remove that fitting again. From now on use a metal filter in the rubber hose before the fuel pump.
