Re: The 66' "Grey Goose" update.
The back was perfect.
It was the front that needed to come down some more. Ha. |
Re: The 66' "Grey Goose" update.
Agreed with lolife, You should have dropped the front down more. I will post a picture of one that i work on alot, Yours would look perfect at this stance. Been trying to buy this truck for the past 2 years.

Re: The 66' "Grey Goose" update.
On second thought...
These trucks very well may have a crown in the frame for loading purposes. I agree with you guys. Look at the mounts at the rear of the cab. Either way, the truck is nice as it sits. |

Re: The 66' "Grey Goose" update.
I just stopped into my uncle's last week to check out the pickup. It is looking sweet
(Especially with that seat that I drove for hours through the unrelenting socal sun in my air conditioning-less pickup to deliver! :whine: ) Regarding the alignment, I doubt the rear cab mounts are shot. These cabs are very heavy in front, and light in back, and I've never seen the rear cab mounts crushed. Most of the time they're in great shape. However the beds get pretty easily tweaked. Anyway, I say Just drive it! |
