Exclamation The 66' "Grey Goose" update.

Gracefully submitted for your viewing pleasure,....The new and improved patina-ed 66' dubbed the "Grey Goose", a very special thanks to our own Kev's classic's for the tilt column and steering wheel comb. and not to mention the 3/5 lowering job that he did,....And also a big C/10 thanks to Del for hooking me up with this one of a kind beautiful "Bad Azz" seat!!!! BTW... did anybody notice the "New moldings" It's coming along!

very nice Rene... So, now that you've come over to the dark side, which do you like better, 67-72 or 60-66!?!?! (i realize that's a loaded question with no right answer - like asking mom which is her fave kid...)

Truck looks great. Still can’t get over that seat, and is that an original tilt column? I don’t think I’ve ever seen one before.

I'd love to hear more about that tilt column as well. I want one to look as stock as possible & work with the original steering wheel. Looks like you accomplished that quite well.

You know, since I'm local I just may take a ride over to Del's and see if he isn't hog tied and gagged somewhere in his shop.

Thanks guys, I think the front is still a little high (3/5 drop) but the ride is the same, I'll probably go with dropped spindles next.

At first he didn't want to part with the seat when I tried to bribe him with tequila, so then I took matters into my own hands!!!! Yeah, you can go untie him now.

I'm guessing in a previous life it probably came out of a chevy van, but don't quote me.

Naw, it didn't hurt, and I drove today for an hour in 90 degree heat,......butt I really had pack on the baby powder in the hard to reach places. (Sweaty) Come to think about it the plastic might be coming off after all.
