Thanks Wybrow. The fenders are fibreglass and are made by Superior Glass Works.

Thanks for the comments guys. I would like to say I hurt my back lifting 250lbs or ripping it up in bed with the wife, however I hurt it catching a frisbee in a lake. Caught me by surprise for sure. I had a lot of time to think about what I am going to do to this truck.

Looks much cleaner. Now I need to fix up the stake pockets which look terrible here, and recess tail lights deeper.
