My truck was dads hotrod growing up. I found shredded receipt, some I could read the totals. Thousands in motor stuff lol And a yellow thing of paint wax that i now keep on my dresser, a Budweiser collectible thing I left In the ash tray, a magnetic from his work that he still works for after 20 something years that i left above the mirror and other little things. Then so many dead rats, dirtdobber nest, bee nest, snake skins, that good stuff.

In the glove box rodent chewed registration and owners manual.

v belt for an auger coiled around the stick shift, old can of ether, and empty jug of brake fluid.

In the bed various pieces of steel/farm equip, discs and spacers, rocks, spare tire/rim laying flat, jack and related pieces also in the bed.

Probably belonged to somebodies grandfather. When my grandfather had his stroke and we swapped rooms(he couldn't handle the stairs anymore), I found an envelop filled with hundred dollar bills. A couple thousand worth. He lived through the depression so I guess he didn't trust the banks.

Just cleaned out the pouches in the seat covers today and found 2 dimes, 5 pennies (one from 1965), 3 matchbooks, 1 lighter, a pen, a pencil, a bank deposit slip, and a cigarette cellophane with some wacky tobacco, and oh yeah, 3 small bottles of "clear eyes"! Had the truck since May and never realized!!!

That's a canebrake (timber) rattlesnake (Crotalus horridus) - they can be tough to find.

Brass casings, beer tabs, combs, nails, arrowhead pieces, etc...but no rust!

The first time I took my wife out for a drive she couldn't believe all the attention this rusty old truck got. Guys staring, thumbs up and wanting to stop and talk about it in parking lots.... I told her it would be great if you were trying to pick up men but most women kind of look the other way when they see you coming.

The prior owner of my truck was a true McGiver. Dome light doesn't work? Put an interior light switch in! Cant figure out what 60 divided by 2 is? Do some long division on the door jamb! Other than those two comedy items, I just found a bunch of dirt & a plastic flower.

Many years ago when I had bought a '69 pic-um-up, I was taking the interior out when I stuck my hand down in the passengers side cab corner. I was shocked when I pulled out an ounce of weed and $65.00 bucks. Sorry, I don't have pics of either.
