Found stainless steel tail light bezels from classic industries and mated them to LEDs

Fits well! I had to add some shaved down 3/16 rod at the corners to fill in gaps before i started the bodywork so fits much better then before

Thanks! some cabs fit better then others my friends straight out of the box painted fit very nice! mine not so lucky

Hey, how are you gonna get away with that customized '56 plate when personalized plates didn't exist in California until 1976? Has a rule changed and I'm behind the curve?

Not to hijack, but does anyone know the correct California plate color/size for a '55.2? My earliest childhood memories are of plates like tpi's on my Dad's purchased new '55 Chevy two door hardtop but my '46 Chevy pickup had a much bigger, rounded corner plate and I'm wondering if that was still the correct plate for '55.2 trucks?
