Got the motor out last night .Have lots of cleaning to do
I have a question for you ls guys Do I need to pull any of the wiring from inside the car. I just grabed whats connected to the computer do I need any more wiring or the fuse block? |
Re: The 69
hey what harness are you going to use??
|
Re: The 69
I was thinking of sending the stockl ls1 harness to speartech to get reworked
|
Re: The 69
then i would pull all of it out and the fuse block u will need it... when you send your harness in they will take most of the stuff off but its allways better to have it layn around.. what size is the motor?
|
Re: The 69
Its the 5.7
|
Re: The 69
Hell yeah...that's cool! Did you have to buy the whole car to pull that or? Glad you got one can't wait to see this truck!

Re: The 69
When I sent my stock wireing to them, I didn't need to send the fuse block, they added one to it, where it would have gone though the fire wall. They also said if I bought there wireing harness my computer would be n the cab and not under the hood, something to think about. Can't wait to see u get it running

Re: The 69
how much did you bring the front bumper in ?? and did you do that by just shortening the front piece of frame horn you cut off ??
