I found my 700r4 donar also. $300 for the tranny and she'll get rebuilt.

I backed out of this deal.. Seemed to be some confusion when I asked about the working order of the tranny.

I finally got the truck moved to Richmond and sold my house in NC a few weeks ago. Time to turn the attention to the truck!! Ill be updating more moving forward.

Got some parts in and painted them up. Steering box brace from Off Road Design. I figured this would be a good upgrade moving forward. I also have the parking brake cable kit coming today from Inline Tube and two new adjustable detent screws for the NP205. I'll get some pics up later on those.

Got the rod and tag joint in. Also got in the emergency brake kit. I'll be fugging with that in the next few days. I'll get some pics up, hopefully it will help someone out if you need to tackle that.

Looks really good. I've used that ord brace a couple times. It's a nice upgrade to a weak link on these rigs.

Definitely!! I just recently started making calls to have someone come take a look to give me some quotes. It needs some body work. I want the cab to come off and do it right. I have no clue what this would cost.. any clues?

5-8 grand? That's what I've been hearing. Curious to see how close that is to what you get quoted.

Your detail is inspiring!

I hope that is all!! I was thinking closer to 10K by the time is was metalnworked and painted with some good quality paint and clear.
