i have a 67 chevy pu it is standard i bought a motor for it and it doesn't have a place for the linkage to screw into the block is there a piece i can buy or something

floor or column shift?
6 or 8 cylinder?
I assume you're talking about the clutch linkage?
please advise.

welcome from ohio, i can help you when you get alittle more detailed,i assume your talking about the clutch pivet ball, does the new motor not have a spot for it to screw into,mabe you when from a 6cyl to an 8 cylender and now it doesnt match,i know there has got to be another vehical's pivet ball that would work for you if thats the case, Ill check back on this in alittle bit,

some of the newer blocks dont have the pivot ball hole drilled or tapped...there is a boss for it though..you can drill and tap if the motors still out of the truck
