Need a quick measurement...
 

I picked up a front crossmember today for my 72 half ton so I could chop it.. Could someone measure inside to inside width for me this thing looks tweaked.. from center bolt to center bolt.. Any help would be great...

I've got a fresh 3/4T rolling chassis out back and a flashlight, but I'm not sure what measurement you want. The 3/4 and yours should be the same I think.

I need the measurement from the inside to inside of this piece... on the top..

The frame is tapered in that area. I'll go measure it up now.

The frame is narrower toward the front (29 1/8")
The rear is 30 1/8"

I still could figure out what you meant by the center bolt, as there are 4 that go horizontally through the frame, and 3 that go down through...

My measurements are taken outside of frame to outside of frame, right at the front and rear of those big angle thingys.
