Front sway bar on a 4wd

I went looking for a set of corp 10 bolt spring plates for my swap, when I did I noticed that they have a sway bar attached to them, has anyone done this upgrade? Is it worth it? Does the cross member for the sway bar bolt up directly?

Can't answer your question, but as usual I do have an opinion! :) I am a big fan of swaybars for highway use, especially if you (A) tend to corner enthusiastically, or (B) sometimes carry large heavy loads. But I don't like 'em on 4WD trucks, if they are used off-road. Kills some of the suspension flex that you need over uneven terrain. Off-road guys will often use quick-disconnect end links so they can undo 'em for trails, and hook 'em back up for the road.

Put a sway bar in my 71 Blazer.
Here's the link to it in the FAQ section.
