WTB engine mounts and brake pedal

I'm currently looking for the following:

a set of V8 motor mounts in any condition.

Brake pedal assembly for an automatic pickup (truck used to have a manual tranny, with little pedal)

Re: WTB engine mounts and brake pedal

all of our year trucks have the small brake pedal, manual or not same size. The wider pedal was not introduced until 73 I believe.

I have a set out back. You are talking about the brackets that go on the frame right? I can get you a pick if you would like. And if they are to your liking how about $25.00 shipped to your door? If you want some pics pm me and i will get some tomorrow.

Yes. I am looking for the "towers" that bolt to the frame.

As long as they fit in the factory V8 position, i'll take them.
my motor is currently mounted in the Inline 6 position.

thanks

Here are te picks for you. They are ok. I got a pick with them on the old cross member and mocked up on my chassis in the correct postion. Those photos should help when you install them to as they are different for each side. Ill pm you with the rest of the details.

Aren't those the Big Block towers?

Re: WTB engine mounts and brake pedal

No they are sb towers. I pulled the sb towers for my orange and white to make sure they were correct. Yes they do look similar. I should have took a pick of the 68-71 bb mounts when I had the chance but didnt.

Re: WTB engine mounts and brake pedal

I've got a auto pedal assembly I'd trade for a stick pedal assembly.
I could,ve swore the pedal was wider than the stick brake pedal. I'll go take a second look.

if it is wider, then you have a deal, otherwise i'll stick with what i have.

popular opinion states that that was one of the many changes for 73

The pedals are the same.

Take the clutch pedal off the assembly and you have an auto brake set up.

Popular opinion is right. My pedal was just wrapped up in tape, (protection from media blasting), and it made it appear wider.
