inner roof panel above w/s
I see you can get now. Has any one put one in. It looks like it has a flange on it is it made to be lapped against old panel(on the side away from windshield). I think I would butt weld it in. I on the fence how I would take care of a truck with rust in this area beacuse there not access to back side to sandblast/treat to stop. I might just cut out wrost looking area and replace then use long tube on my rocker gruad gun to spray somthing up in there .

It`s the header panel.Get the part, look it over, and decide where to go from there.

Re: inner roof panel above w/s
Once you cut out that area to put in the patch, you have all the room you need to treat existing rust. This is on my list of to-dos. Looks labor intensive, but not too complicated. From what I've read, the hardest part is getting the piece in place above the doors...

Re: inner roof panel above w/s
yhea but once you cut you have removed all the rust, the inner panel is the one that rust. If there was a way to blast it to get rid of rust from inside I would not have to replace. I not good with words so I I have hard time saying what I mean
